(HOW TO USE THE RESERVATION)

 

 

 

Quick overview of the application building system via the “Ultra Design platform”

 

  • Own an advanced and easy appointment management system for embassies, clinics, hotels, workshops, technicians and service provider’s reservation by booking appointments.
  • It is now possible to add a complete appointment engine in your app and manage multiple stores, services and service providers from one place.
  • The application provides a system of stores that enables you to add an unlimited number of your customers, company departments, or service providers.
  • You’ll be able to set operating hours for these stores, holidays, and everything you need to manage appointments in the blink of an eye.

 

 

  • Allows you to easily add appointment booking engine to your application.
  • The application manager will be able to create multiple stores, categories, services and service providers.
  • It is also possible to set store opening and closing times and create a specific schedule for it.
  • The application manager can also take appointments over the phone.
  • It is also possible to manually add appointments through the web front-end (BackOffice), the appointment booking engine is easy to use.
  • Notification reminders are sent before each appointment.
  • Default has a reminder one hour before the appointment, but the user is free to set it according to his desire.
  • Push notification & sending SMS can be applied to all users, selected users, or individually, In order to send the alert and is included with the settings in the Ultra Free Platform. We provide many types of notifications for example regular Push notifications or SMS engine.
  • The EasyAppointment Engine has been connected to the Advanced Loyalty Card Engine with version 1.3. This means that loyalty points can be accumulated automatically with every reservation made via the App (which is an add-on).

 

 

  • HOW I CAN MAKE BOOKING?

In Just Few Clicks in few seconds!

 

  1. Location (where the service is provided):-

The first step is to define the name of the “location” of the service being offered.

– You can get more than one location for each appointment.

 

  1. Categories:-

The 2nd step is to define the service categories.

This will show the user a more organized list of services provided.

– If you only have one category, the “Category” tab will not be displayed during the booking process. The user will be moved to the Services tab immediately.

  1. Services:-

The 3rd step is to define service categories.

This will show the user a more organized list of services provided.

  1. Provider:-

The 4th step is to select providers or service providers. You can add a description for each provider. An information icon can be added, appearing below the provider’s name during the booking process. Every time an appointment is made for a specific provider, an email is sent with the information. You will also be able to add an image for each provider, if not added, the default avatar will be displayed.

  1. Timing

The final step is to determine when the provider will be available to operate. If your provider operates on more than one site, you will need to determine the timing for each site.
